Bud Hibbs is a nationally
recognized expert in the area of consumer credit and debt collection
practices. Bud is NOT an attorney, but his twenty five years
as an advocate associated with consumer law and advocacy
professionals from around the nation has earned him the title of

Voice of the American Consumer.”

A veteran of radio and television, Bud has been

member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, a
non-profit association of attorneys and consumer advocates committed
to representing consumers interests.
Bud Hibbs was selected by the State Bar
of Texas to participate in their Poverty
Law Conference, and has twice been asked to participate in Lorman
Education Services seminars entitled “Collection Law In Texas.”

many magazine articles on consumer issues and invited twice by the
American Collectors Association of Texas to address their members,
Hibbs is called upon as an expert by television networks and
attorneys who utilize his extensive knowledge of consumer laws.
In 2006, Bud appeared in the

perspective on the credit industry.
