How is Kyle Schwartz not yet in prison for perjury?
We don't even believe he told the truth about the business address.
How is he able to make the statements and representations therein? Does he have the original agreement between the defendant? [DEFENDANT? Is he kidding?] and original creditor?
We're betting NO.
This is basically a made up bill of sale. By the buyer. Shouldn't a BILL OF SALE come from the Seller? In this case, Burger King?
Full Power and Authority? All Acts Necessary? Does that include Perjury? Does it mean it's okay to manufacture documents to support the claim? Does it mean changing of dates of last activity?
CONSUMERS, ATTORNEYS
It's this type of bogus paper-work that must be challenged in a court of law to stop this type of bottom-feeder abuse.
(We added the cheese for effect, but you can see this sworn affidavit and assignment is FULL of holes.)
