Rookie collection lawyer Mark D. Walsh is another neophyte in the collection arena, appears to be jumping on the debt collection bandwagon in hope of easy money. Reminiscent of the drug dealers in the 80’s, mesmerized by the allure of a fast buck in an arena where they have little knowledge or experience.

If you ever receive one of their incredibly ridiculous summons, don’t panic, get a REAL lawyer and turn it around. First American Investment, Rochester, NY claims are mostly bogus, that warrant the filing of ethics charges against attorney Walsh with the State Bar of California Ethics Committee:  http://www.calbar.ca.gov/state/calbar/calbar_generic.jsp?cid=10179

Walsh appears to be severely deficient in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act knowledge.  He may be guided by MacKinnon - famous for his operations in upstate New York.  www.giovelawofficeexposed.com

Based on past experience, expect that these LRS collection goons will threaten you with immediate litigation, wage garnishment, seizure of assets, and other illegal statements. They love to use titles like: senior legal assistant, legal assistant, paralegal, investigator, detective, sheriff, officer and oh yes,…attorney to either impress or intimidate you.
 

CAUTION: I recommend you NEVER disclose your bank account or credit card information to a debt collector, as you risk them emptying your account, or maxing out your credit card.
