I have reason to believe attorney Mark D. Walsh, of San Diego has done some illegal things concerning a debt.  A summons was delivered to my underage daughter, court dates were changed without my knowledge, my house had a levy attached, my wages were garnished, and there is a legal hold placed on the account that I use for my kids' child support payments. I realized that this must have happened when the attorney had Chase Finance served with a subpoena and they released all of my records to them. Is this legal? I currently have only bread, cheese, milk, and apple juice for my kids to eat because of this man. I don't know how I will put gas in my car next week so that I can continue to go to work. I think this attorney is a bad guy who is doing dirty deeds. I never spoke to him once about making payments on the bill. They called my husband and threatened him, ( he wasn't even on the account) but they never contacted me personally.
